Cpl Delage was born and raised in
Columbia, SC and graduated from Richland Northeast High School. He
joined the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in 1995 as a
Judicial Service Officer and was also a member of the SRT team for
three years. From 1994 to 2000, Cpl Delage was a member of the
Columbia Richland fire service as a volunteer firefighter at Station
24. Cpl Delage joined the Columbia Police Department in 2002 and was
assigned to the West Region. In 2005, he was assigned to the South
Region and in the time since, has achieved the rank of Master Patrol
Officer and become a member of the Hostage Negotiation Team. Cpl
Delage was promoted to the rank of Corporal in 2011 and asssigned to
the Warrant Team as supervisor. |

MPO J.F. Cann is from Bamberg, SC. MPO
Cann obtained a bachelors degree in Physics from Benedict College,
Columbia SC in May 2000. MPO Cann started her career in law
enforcement in June 2000 with the South Carolina Department of
Corrections. In June 2001 MPO Cann left SCDC and began working at
Alvin S Glenn Detention Center, Columbia SC. MPO Cann achieved the
rank of Lieutenant before leaving ASGDC in August 2007. MPO Cann
started with the Columbia Police Department in August 2007. Upon
graduating from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy in June
2008 MPO Cann was assigned to
South Region as a patrolman. In
December 2010 MPO Cann was reassigned to the
Warrant Team. |

MPO J Bice is from La Habra
California. MPO J Bice was a certified emergency medical technician
in 2002 for the state of California. MPO Bice then entered the
United States Marine Corps and achieved the rank of SGT . MPO Bice
started his career in law enforcement as a police explorer at the La
Habra police department. MPO Bice started with the Columbia Police
Department in September 2006. Upon graduating from the South
Carolina Criminal Justice Academy in 2006 MPO Bice was assigned to
Metro Region as a patrolman. In May 2010 MPO Bice joined the
Columbia swat team as a entry team member. MPO Bice was then
reassigned to the Warrant Team in 2011. |
